Clear golden pour, tiny head.
Typical hefe nose, bananas, wheat, with some cereals.
Very soft carb, mouth feel is watery. The finish is quite bitter, grassy notes. Im confused, the hops are very minimal, and why would they filter a hefeweizen?

A hazed blonde weizen with a thick white head. In aroma, cereals and faint fruity notes, with light spices, almost veering on premium lager. In mouth, a smooth fruity cereal malt with light bubblegum, mineral notes...I would not call this a weizen...OK. 6.49$ from Brouhaha in Gatineau.

Bottle: Poured a hazy beige color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma is a nice mix of wheat malt notes with light bubblegum touch and some clovers and dry herbal hoppy notes. Taste is also a nice mix of wheat malt with some cloves and a nice herbal and flora hoppy finish which is quite enjoyable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable for the style.

Ça manque de goût et de corps... Très aqueuse et fade en bouche. Pas grand chose de positif à dire à part que j’aime l’étiquette sur la bouteille ;-)
