Nice and pungent roast malt aroma. Dark chocolate. Finishes a little bitter. Pretty well done, a decent little beer. Soft carbonation Some light licorice as well. Cask at Festibiere Gatineau.

6.5%. A deep dark stout with a very thin brown head. In aroma, pleasant vinous chocolate malt with a smooth coffee character, very nice. In mouth, a smooth bitter sweet chocolate with light licorice notes, coffee grind, alcohol, very nice. Cask at Festibiere d’hiver 2014.
