A pale hazed yellowish beer with no head. In aroma, nice epsom salts and peaches with light wild yeast. In mouth, lychee with nice puckering sourness with light buttery notes, faint brett. Interesting.

Tap at Pegs (as lychee Florida weisse). It pours very pale yellow with pretty much no head. The nose is wheat, light sweetness, lychee, strawberry and sour tangerine. The taste is initially tart, lactic, lychee, watermellow, raspberry, mild acidity and old-fashioned lemonade with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Brilliant sweet-sour balance. Damn tasty.
