A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, a wit like offering with light ginger and cinnamon with smooth alcohol. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light pumpkin spices, banana, OK.

I don’t usually like pumpkin but this is surprisingly good, works well with Saison style. I guess that’s the premature sense of it - not as much pumpkin and just tastes like a more general gourd. Pours dark amber with good head and lacing. Aroma of light gourd, hay. Some funk in taste and a little sour. Soft carbonation. Some sour and bitter in taste. Tap at Barhop.

(Draught at Bryden’s, Toronto ON, June 16th 2013) Pours a pale cloudy yellow-gold with a moderate bubbly white head. Aroma is fairly light pumpkin pie spice, some cereals, slightly mineral/acidic, fairly clean yeast. Flavour is light pumpkin spices atop light cereal malt, dry, mineral, crisp, light powdery yeast. Finishes dry with lingering spice - not much aftertaste. More spice than pumpkin. Very light body, high carb, a bit too soda-like. An interesting idea, but a little tame on all flavors save spice.
