Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Dunkel orangebraunes Bier mit einer fingerbreiten beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, leicht erdig, röstmalzig, getreidig. Geschmack röstmalzig, dezent süß, Karamell, Vanille, gut!

Many thanks for this bottle to Erzengel. Pours a adark brown color, fluffy tan head.Malty, butterscotch taste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

20cl on tap at Berliner bierfestival. Dark brown with a tan head. Malty aroma with notes of caramel and hints of roast. Moderate to medium sweet with malty flavours and a light bitterness. Quite balanced. Nice schwarzbier. (2014-08-02)

Many thanks to Kappldav123 for this beer. Dunkelbraun-schwarz im Glas mit hell-beigem Schaum. Das Bier beginnt lakritzig-trocken, malzig-frisch. Der Hauptteil ist etwas dünn, sehr süffig, aber tolle trockene Lakritznote. Sehr mild. Im Nachgeschmack kommt eine angenehme Herbe hinzu, weich, trocken. Ausgewogen passend herb.
