Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes fo coriander, wheat, and herbs. The flavor is sweet with notes of coriander, wheat, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - yellow pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is light herbal and floral with some sweet bready notes, vegetable, vague wheaty notes, grass straw, light watery body, vague fruity wheaty close.

Draught at KØ17. Mild funky aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Good citric and funky flavour. Sort of cider funkiness. Low bitterness. Mineraly finish.

[ As Dagmar Signes Wit ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, citrus, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, witbier yeast, sweet malt, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170519] 6-2-5-3-11

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, slight citrusy. Medium dry, slight fruity. Estery and medium dry finish.
