Pours a deep amber colour, almost copper-looking with a beige head and minimal lacing. Aromas of the farm with fruity and roasted malts. Eventually, grass notes appear. Decent mild-dry mouthfeel. Lots of hops in the taste, over the roasty and fruity malts. Even a little caramel. The grapefruit zest. Pretty nice IPA blended with the milder Irish red brew. Gets much better as it warms up.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice floral hops, piney, with good biscuit malt. In mouth,, sweetish caramel malt with a good dose of floral hops, a step in the right direction for us Ottawa hop heads.
