A dark reddish brown with a thin big bubbled brown head. In aroma, a grassy caramel malt with light solvent notes. In mouth, a harsh, lightly bilous dunkel, with burned notes, nutty, rather unpleasant. On tap at Bank St location, Nov. 28 2012.

Enjoyed this pint at their Bank street pub. Pours a clean copper colour with a nice creamy light-beige head that was long lasting and gave out dirty lacing (not all pints had a nice head like mine). Mild perfume malt with a bit of hop. Caramel and coffee eventually came out as the beer warmed up. Medium-bodied with a little stickiness. Fruity malt taste with the roasted malt appearing eventually. Decent bitterness and dryness for the finish. Also, notes of very light caramel, coffee and nuts. This is a nice refreshing, fruity-roasted beer with a beautiful thick creamy head that lasted all the way (for me).
