A hazed copper amber IPA with a thick big bubbled mocha head. In aroma, a nice biscuit malt with corky notes, and herbaceous, wild hops, grassy and British hops. In mouth, a nice smooth biscuit malt with grassy and piney hops, green, smooth, alcohol warmth in finale. On tap at Oktoberfest des Québécois 2012, Sept. 8 2012. CASK
