Tap at le mondiale 2012. Hazy dark brown pour, small beige head. Chewy malt aroma, surrounded by slme sweet woody vanilla, and dark fruits.
Lots going on here! Loads of dark fruit, wood, the bourbon makes and appearance, its sticky sweet, and full of vanilla. Bready finish, sweet, sticky, and more wood. Very interesting brew.

A dark brown ale with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, a sweet British hops, burned caramel, very nice. In mouth, a smooth burned caramel malt with light coffee and molasses, nice herbaceous British hops, treacle and smooth alcohol warmth. On tap at Mondiale 2012 , June 9 2012.

Bottle: Poured a brown color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention. Aroma is a unique mix between some oak with almost Flanders red like quality with some bourbon and some caramelized malt with a light vinous touch at the end. Taste is a hard to describe mix between some vinous notes with oak and light bourbon with some caramelized malt that is not overly sweet. Body is about average with low carbonation. Interesting experience though not something that I would feel the need to drink on a regular basis.
