A blonde pils with a thin white head. In aroma, a lightly sweet chalky malt with mineral notes, a tad milky, with light maple notes. In mouth, a smooth sweet malt with light German hops, fruity chalky notes, maple. Bottle at Mondiale 2012, June 7 2012.

Another decent beer from Berlina. These guys seem to have it together as far as beer goes in Bariloche/colonia suiza. A nice hoppy, malty taste that does justice to the oktoberfest style. A good mouthful of beer, very easy on the drinkable quotient. Had a bottle in Maria Bonita’s in Adrogue.

Bottle. Pours a light hazy gold, with almost no head. Aroma is sharp, with notes of hay and some acidic almost lemony zest. Flavour has a nice malt profile, with caramel and an almost lightly burned roastines. A lasting sweet finish of caramel.
