With a dark amber hue and a refreshing citrus aroma, this delicious IPA matches malt complexity with the hop bitterness of Cascade, Sorachi Ace, Amarillo and Nugget hops for a sessionable IPA with depth and character.

This IPA poured a deep amber, slightly cloudy colour with a big, frothy, light tan head. Medium lacing. To the nose there are scents of malt, light caramel and grassy hopps with a splash of citrus. First sip was very flavourful with a nice medium hopp flavour and slightly roasted malts. Flavours of citrus, grass and toast. Finish is mildly bitter with hop flavour lingering.

A dark copper amber IPA with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a light grainy malt with light boiled veggie notes, grassy hops, OK. in mouth, a smooth caramel malt with light burned notes, treacle, grassy metallic hops, OK. On tap at Session 99, June 23, 2012.

Smells like sugar, honey and a little bit too strongly. Bad impression from the beginning. The pour is brown amber with no lacing, dead head. Taste has slight bitterness, more on the apa level than ipa. On tap at volos.
