bottle from the brewery. Hazy golden pour, with a large white head. Very tart, slightly funky aroma. Malted wheat, and touches of grass, and citrus. The carb is a tad over the top, and make it a little difficult to drink, The finish is laced with a thick amount of malted wheat, with a touch of sharp grassy hops, and some tartness. A nice summer patio beer, but the carb is a little too much at times.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light coriander and wheat malt is refreshing. Taste is a mix between light coriander with some wheat malt and light cereal notes with a spicy finish. Body is light with aggressive carbonation that is not fitting for the style. Enjoyable though carbonation is too aggressive in my opinion.

(tap at Volo during Sunsplash) cloudy yellow colour with a medium tall white head; aroma of sour fruit, refreshing flavour with medium long light sour and bitter finish

Purchased at Bellwoods in Toronto, ON, enjoyed on a deck while grilling with friends in Chicago. Appearance is a hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma of coriander, spice, yeast, hay, smell is decent. Taste goes down dry, spice comes through, decent stuff.

Smells like hay, the nelson hops and some nice white belgian yeast. Light wheaty malts. Taste is a little bitter, this reminds me of the saison but not as good. A little booze in the taste as well. On tap at brewpub.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, a smooth fruity malt with light banana esters, light catty Nelson Sauvin hops, very nice. In mouth, a smooth hopped wit with a nice mix of fruity malt with catty hops, grassy, very good. On tap at brewery, June 24 2012.
