Enjoyed this one at the Glebe location on tap. Poured a clean amber colour with a small white cap and decent lacing. The nose was spicy with hints of cinnamon. The caramel malt did come out eventually. Medium-bodied with a slight dry mouthfeel. The taste was malty with some hop that came out in the finish. Quite a light maibock that is nice and refreshing for these nice warmer May days.

A reddish amer bock with a thin off white head. In aroma, light nutty malt with grainy notes, faint german hops. In mouth, starts with a nice biscuit malt, nutty notes, lightly metallic German hops, medium bodied. On tap at Bank St. location, May 8 2012.
