Draft: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large enough foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral and pine-like hops is pretty intense. Taste is also dominated by intense notes of floral hops with some pine and grassy notes also noticeable. Bitterness is quite light and malt backbone is lightly sweet. Body is about average for style with light oily texture and good carbonation. I really enjoyed this one with good restrained bitterness and loads of floral notes.

An orange amber DIPA with a thick creamy light mocha head. In aroma, a superb pungent floral hops, with citrus, pinhey and meaty notes, resinous, in your face. In mouth, a great oily biscuit malt with resinous mouth-covering hops, menthol, pink grapefruit pulp, a classic DIPA. On tap at Benelux, March 11, 2012.
