Craft 100. Clapham. Cask. And hello to my ol’ bud - Ken Fisher. Clear gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has good fine carbonation. Really nice condition. Light malts dominated by an intense tangerine and peach hop profile. Some floral bitterness and citric peel. Light bitter finish. Bitter linger. Nice one!

Cask @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Clear golden-amber with a creamy head. Has an easy-supping texture for its strength, which is just evident behind a more dominant, but never stated sugary tropical fruitiness.

Taste comprises orange pith, light pine, caramel, straw, soft bread, melon, fleshy citricana. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, juicy hop licks at the curtain call. Decent IPA.
