A lightly hazed reddish amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, a superb sourness, light cork, horseblanket, ground cherries. In mouth, a good refreshing lambic with corky notes, ground cherries, lactic and acetic acid, nice alcohol warmth. On tap at Belgian Beer Fest, Sept 10 2011.
