Backlog from notes on tap at the brewery live from the barrel. Pours out brown cola color with a small head. Nose is black currants bourbon vanilla leather some tobacco and a little funky spice. Taste is more of the funky notes pit fruit berries some spice and a little leather.

An old clear brown ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, dark fruits, figs, sour cherries, light acidity. In mouth, a corky raspy sour ale, fig jam, light molasses, wild herbs, ricola candies, soursih and intense. On tap at brewpub July 31 2011.
