on tap at the brewpub.
Aroma of grains, rye, pale malts, and lots of cereal. faint wet cardboard.
Flavor is some what watery, but had a faint smokiness, and some rye grains. nothing special, not one of their better efforts.

A hazy murkey brown ale with a thin moka head. An interesting aroma of brown sugar, woods extract, light perfumey notes, some mustard seed in vanilla fudge. In mouth, a sweet malt with fusel and wood, a bit thin for my taste, oily mouthfeel. On tap at Mondiale de la Bière 2010.

Draft: Poured a deep amber color ale with large foamy head with good retention. Aroma of rye malt is quite dominant with light sweet notes also noticeable. Taste is not the most complex but very refreshing with loads of rye and minimal hops presence. Sweetness is pretty subdued and cereal taste is quiet fresh. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not complex but easily drinkable and quiet enjoyable.
