A lightly hazed golden amber weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, intense rubbing cream, frankincense, bananas and cloves. In mouth, a nice spiced hefeweizen, clean and smooth, with light chamomille and herbs. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, May 23 2010.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours up hazy copper - gold with white head. The aroma has a smooth sense of banana, pears, yeasty spice and grains. The taste begins with some sugary creaminess bringing up spices running into banana and grains. It gets a bit spicier as well as picking up mild bubble gum into the finish. Very tasty hefe.
