Our bitter ale. Annapolis Valley Ale has an amber hue, a lightly fruity malty flavour and a huge hit of hops. Those who like it, love it.

A nice amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. A rather buttery malt aroma with light fruity esters. In mouth, a nice nutty malt with good herbal hops, some mineral notes. almost veering on Czech pils territory. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Oct. 10 2009.

Dark amber colour. Aroma is light with chocolate, blueberry, crystal malt. On the palate, toasty, slightly toffeeish crystal malts play off of a background of grapefruity hops and moderate (30-32 IBUs) bitterness. Finish is earthy, slightly sweeter.
