On tap at the brewpub. NIce grain bill up from with some good floral hops. Flavor is very malty, lots of cereal, and some floral hops in the finish. Medium body, and a medium bitter finish. Solid.

Draft: Poured a clear light golden color pilsner with a small pure foamy head light lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet cereal notes with some light hoppy notes also discernable. Taste is also a well balance and refreshing mix between some lightly sweet cereal notes with a subtle dry hoppy finish with nice floral aroma. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed and refreshing. Something I would like to have more often.

A golden lager with a thin white head. A nice German hops aroma with light biscuitty malt. In mouth, a crisp lager with german hops, herbal and grassy. On tap at Fête Bières et Saveurs, Sept. 7, 2009.
