A reddish copper ale with a thin moka head. A beautiful aroma of berries, esters, cherry maraschino, and a bit of wild yeast. In mouth, a nice tart malt with sour cherries, lactic acids, very classy and pleasing. On tap at Clybourn, May 17 2009.
