A golden amber ale with a thin lacing white head. A rather crisp malt aroma, like a pils, no c-hops, abit of cinnamon sweetness. In mouth, a grainy crisp ale, more like a pils. Maybe Liberty hops are closer to Saaz??? Not bad though. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 17 2009.
