A pale yellow lager with a thin white head. A rather interesting aroma of wild honey and clover, some floral hops. In mouth, crisp malt, with light treacle and honey. Medium bodied. On tap at Downtown location, Jan. 6 2009.

On tap at the Downtown location. At first glance the beer itself does not appear too dissimilar to a regular lager. The aroma did appear to be slightly more sweet than one would expect - obviously from the honey added. The flavor was not bad, but from what I may have been expecting, it was not exceptional. A good beer none the less, but perhaps I was expecting something more sweet and less dry when all was said and done. If I make it to the Virginia location I may have to grab it once more in the mason jar that it is apparently being sold in.
