Tap at Governors Island Brewfest. A pretty tasty and lightly dynamic beer. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with a soft, white head. Spicy, herbal aroma with light malts. Fairly sweet flavor with strong ginger notes, honey, plenty of florals, some faint bitterness on the finish. Light to medium in body with lively carbonation. Nice brew.

A clear golden ale with a thin white head. Sweet honey aroma with light ginger notes. In mouth, a sweetish ale with a light astringency, good clover and honey final. On tap at brewpub, May 29 2008.
