A 2017-es Borefts Festival "Flower Power" kihívására készítettük ezt a sört. Minden évben a szervezők (De Molen) megadnak egy tematikát, ami alapján a húsz meghívott főzdének fel kell készülnie az eseményre. Idén valamilyen virág felhasználásával készült sört kellett főzni. Az alapsörünk egy lágy, kissé édes, trópusi gyümölcslére emlékeztető Double New England IPA, amit hibiszkuszvirággal egészítettünk ki. A hibiszkusz enyhe savassága és gyümölcsös, virágos aromája szépen kiegészíti, ellensúlyozza a Double NE IPA édességét, testességét.

From tap at Borefts 2017. Aroma is hoppy with sweetish malt and sweet fruit notes, mild hibiscus, notes of apricot and candied fruit. Flavour is under medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Lacks the advertised NE characteristics, that being said this is a pleasant bittersweet IIPA.

Keg at Borefts Day 1 22/09/2017. A hazed pink peach, coloured pour with a decent pink head. Aroma is floral hop, dill , grasssy, littl e burnt hop. Flavour is composed of sweet malts, grassy, floral, spicy hibiscus, white peppercorn. Palate is medium sweet, moderate carbonation, too sweet.

Borefts IX. Day 1. Keg. Hazy orangey pink beer, small pale cream colour head. Fluffy palate, semi dry and with modest fine carbonation. Floral sweetness, a little citrus. Mild hibiscus and seltzer. Tangy light finish. All right, different!

Kicsi, tartós hab, sötétborostyán szín. Citrusos, virágos, kissé fűszeres illat. Édeskés, kissé karamelles, virágos ízek, némi citrusos, fűszeres aromával és egy kis fehérboros-pezsgős beütéssel. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, erősen keserű. Nagyon finom, jól eltalált arányokkal rendelkező sör.

[ As MONYO Yummy Mumm ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, flowers - roses - hibiscus, candy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, flowers, hibiscus, candy. 0.33l bottle at zing burgers, 890 ft. pours a hazy amber with a frothy head. aroma of spruce, tropical fruits, caramel. flavour of honey, biscuit, spruce, hibiscus tea, tropical fruit juice, orange zest. flat carbonation, oily mouthfeel, cloying. alcohol warmth in the finish.

Weird pink orange colour. Aroma has a lot of citrus, especially orange. Flavour has bitter citrus peel. Some floral notes in the aftertaste.
