Lightly hazed cider, bubbly and sweet. In mouth, tastes like Allen’s Nectar (our own Quebec soft drink, a fizzy apple juice), a bit too sweet and overcarbonated. Aroma improves as cider warms up, with nice malic notes, like green apples. On tap, May 2006.
