Cask at the rake. Clear golden coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is tangy passion fruit, slight sour, mango yogurt. Flavour is lemon cif, cleaning product, passion fruit, bit soapy, little stale. Palate is medium light, lowish carbonation and grainy. Not a fan.

Cask at Four Thieves. It pours clear yellow with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, fruity, passion fruit definitely comes through and some apricot. The taste is crisp, juicy orange citrus, mild acidity, passion fruit, pithy lemon, grapefruit, straw and toasty grain with a lingering dry, citrusy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent stuff. Passion fruit does come through, which I imagine ain’t easy to do.
