Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of citrusy floral hoppy notes with light bitter notes. Taste is also a mix of floral citrusy hoppy undertones with some bitter notes and dry finale. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made standard IPA with good drinkability and well balanced bitterness level.

Keg at Gar Eden. Grapefruit and citrus aroma, lemon sherbert and bit of pine and pineapple. Taste is less full on but has more fruitiness, lots of citrus, lemon, pink grapefruit, pine. Grainy Malty finish with a light lingering bitterness. Nice stuff.

Draught @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Shiga Kogen #10 - Imperial IPA with Sake Rice ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, rice - sake - herbal, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, citrus, sweet fruit - sweet hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet hops, fruity hops, rice - sake - herbal, sweet malt, dried fruit, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170923] 7-3-7-3-15

355ml bottle from Osake, Tokyo. Pours yellowish orange with a small head. Aroma of citrusy hops, grass, herbal notes, hints of dill, bubblegum and grainy malts. Taste is grainy, hoppy and citrusy with loads of grass, herbal notes, hints of dill and Sorachi Ace. Finish is crisp, lingering bitter and hoppy with some grass, herbal notes and citrus. Quite hoppy.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy aroma of lemon, pineapple and some gooseberry. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather fruity-grassy taste of lemon, pineapple and some gooseberry, followed by a medium long, rather dry-bitter, grassy finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Clear yellow golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, hop bitter, lightly malt bitter. Don't really get the rice in there but it's quite nice. Decent bitterness, decent body and carbonation. Decent.
