Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of hops, citrus, grain, straw/hay and resin. The straw and yeast come through on the taste, citrus not so much. Grainy, slightly bitter finish.

[ As Moonshine Wet 'n' Dry Brut IPA ].
ABV: 5.4%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, floral, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191010]

Gravity cask at 13th Elysian Winter Beer Festival in Ely. An extinct style, spotted again in the wild. Or actually in captivity, in the cask ale zoo of a CAMRA fest. Crystal clear yellow. Aroma of juicyfruit bubblegum. Taste is bone dry tropical fruit and tasty. Maybe NEIPAs will be hunted to extinction and this species will take over....

26/8/2021. Cask at the 2021 East Anglian Beer Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of grass, hops, citrus, yeast, light tropical notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is straw, green hop aroma, dusty fruit, green berry tang, lemon rind. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, toasted grains, melon, white grape skins, grass. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Passable number.

. Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is big wet hop, sticky green hop, hedgerow hop,.. Flavour is composed of big bitter hop oils, grassy hop, sticky hop oils. Light straw,. Palate is semi sweet, firm bitterness,. Decent cask condition. Harsh bitterness.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Pretty harsh, Logan of grass and grain husk. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Harsh, aggressive grassy finish, some hay. Not great.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Bright clean paleish gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry, decent fine carbonation. Good condition. Light malts do not bring much sweetness. Feckin bitter hops, floral bitterness. Bitter champagne yeast, turned up to 11. Mild skunk. Trace of citrc peel. Light finish. Bitter bastard!
