Clear red/amber pour with a small, lasting tan head. Aroma is oak, smoke, apple (brandy), malt/bread, vinegar, a hint of cherries. Taste is (sweet) vinegar/balsamico, tart apples, malt/bread, some oak and citrus. Very nice indeed.
