Draught @ Peders. Smooth, malty and sweetish with loads of prunes, figs, syrup, toffee, caramel and barrel notes. Quite tasty and balanced slow sipper

Poured from the tap. Dark brown no head. Dark dried fruits with a bourbon underlay.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of dark dried fruits, bourbon barrels, toffee, and brown sugar. Flavour is complex, with lots of bourbon, dark dried fruits, toffee, and some bready malt. Rich, decadent and complex, with a wonderful blend of bourbon and malt characters. Lovely.
