Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours lightly hazed pale yellow with a creamy, white topping. Light sweet flavour, some pithy lemon and grapefruit, a little grass, pale biscuits. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Lean and dry to finish, further pithy citrus, slight minerality. Easy-drinking gear.
