Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Almost clear golden amber with an off white head. Nose is tangerine, soft malts, bubblegum, grains, light bready notes. Taste comprises juicy citric vibes, melon, soft malts, bread dough, sweet edged. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Not bad.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, tiny pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Decent hoppy fruits, ripe but bright orange and mandarin. Mild pine. Whisper of spice. Nice.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours clear orange-gold with a bubbly, white head. Has some what I imagine is unintended funk. Lightly sweet, musty, some citrus, tangerine rind, brett. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Lightly drying finish, more tangerine, a few leaves, funky brett, pale grains. Quite nice in fact.
