A smooth chocolate stout brewed with pale chocolate and debittered black malt. Full bodied and roasty, a subtle touch of cinnamon compliments rich cacao and adds a rounded seasonal flavour.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Murky amber to light black with a beige head. Nose is dark malts, toffee, coconut shavings, light roast. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, spice, charr, mellow roast, toffee, dried fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Tidy stout.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours unclear deep brown with a bubbly, beige cap. Lightly sweet with notes of burnt spices, chocolate, toasted malts, a little burnt rubber, scorched earth. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Earthy and ashy bitterness to finish, baking cocoa. Fine.
