Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, sweet malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet fruit, sweet hops, fruity hops, pale malt, cookie. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Very subtle citrusy aroma, but really downplayed., a little honey. Medium body, some clean, sweet malts and then a dose of rather bitter hops. More emphasis on bitterness than aroma making this rather old school. You guys need some better hops - and understanding of how to use them. 051216
