Bottle shared at CBJ - cheers to Kenny. Pours clear, deep red-brown with a bubbly, tan head. Light sweet flavour with moderate tangy dark malts, a little apple, very slight brett funk. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with soft funk, toasted malts, apple, dried berries. Novel, not bad.

Bottleshare at Craft Beer Junction. Thanks to me. Near opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, a little dark chocolate and dark malt cream. The Brett is very well done here and mostly adds a lightening savoury vibe before the whiskey barrel kicks in and brings rounded but rich whiskey soaked ripe fruits. Light finish. Very nicely done

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Pours black with a thin beige head. Aromas of sour funky liquorice and prunes. Something savoury, almost meaty on the taste. Soy, umami. Thin finish.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - dark brown to black and opaque. Not much head to talk about. Nose - wood and wild yeast sourness. Taste - interesting chocolate with underlying green apple sourness. Palate - medium bodied, sour, persistent finish. Overall - interesting. I didn't get any whisky on this.
