Can online from Cork & Cask. Pours clear yellow gold with white foam. Aroma: grains, bread dough, herbal, mild grass. Taste: light to moderate sweet with lighter bitterness, clean, herbal, grassy finish. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Fair.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light green bean, light corn. Taste is bready, light lemon. Light sweet finish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - pale yellow and clear. White head. Nose - sweetcorn, green beans going into mushy peas. Bready backdrop. Taste - quite different from the nose, lemon and caramel. Palate - light bodied, initial sweetness through the middle which dries out in the finish. Overall - quite pleasant.

Can, gift from Shona. Golden body with a light haze and a white head that holds well. Lively carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of green beans and corn flakes. Flavour of grass, lemon and a crisp, bitter finish. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Clean and tasty. Very nice.

Keg at Archive Coffee, Kirkwall. It pours clear yellow - gold with a frothy white head. The aroma is soft, floury, doughy white bread, bere bannock, grassy, damp herbal, grain, cracker and cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, quite clean, grassy, herbal, peppery spice, damp grainy vibes, toasty cereal.and doughy white bread. Finish is dry and grainy. Average body and average, prickly carbonation. A touch grainy perhaps, but ok.
