3/VIII/18 - 33cl bottle from a trade, shared @ home - BB: 29/V/20, bottled: 29/V/18 (2018-948) Thanks to Bierridder_S for the trade!
Littel hazy pale yellow beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of grapefruit, citrus, bit grassy, some kiwi, sweetish, little resinous. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet and malty start, some pineapple flavoured yoghurt, citrus notes, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: still a bit sweetish, some ripe tropical fruits, mainly mango and pineapple, sweetish, citrus, some grapefruit bitterness, and slightly metallic, tuns a bit malty after a while...

01/08/2018 - 33cl can from Belgopop, Jette. Drank from the can. Nose is lots of fruit, bit lemonade like, bit yeast. Taste is same, fruits, bit yeast. Nice and easy.

Newish session IPA in the globally popular New England idiom, bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck. Cobweb-lacing, medium sized, snow white, slowly diminishing head over a hazy lemon-yellow beer with pale greenish tinge. Aroma of withering leek, old lime peel, moldy lemons, courgette soup, old soggy bread, gypsum, soap, green apple. Soft, sourish and vaguely sweetish onset, lime and green apple effects, some vague green banana, unripe melon, softly carbonated; soft 'soggy white bread' middle, yeasty, chalky and explicitly soapy rather than the mellow 'fluffiness' I expect from anything NEIPA-like. Mildly bittering hoppy finish, grapefruit peel, lime, leek and white pepper notes, quite juice with some of that soapiness lingering. Not a bad session IPA by any means, but lacking in creaminess, fluffiness, aromatics and 'tropicalness' to qualify as a NEIPA so in that sense, only half of its intent is succeeded - but it remains a pleasant, quenching and elegant summer beer so let's not put too much emphasis on that NEIPA thing...

Bottle at BD Brussels. It pours hazy yellow with a hint of green and a white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, ripe stone fruit, cracker, greengage, grass and cracker. The taste is firmly dry, green, cracker, straw, some stone fruit, greengage, grapefruit, grass and spice with a drying finish. Light body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Pretty mellow and crisp. Easy going.

Thanks to SinH4. BBP is canning now it appears nice – 330 ml. can. Pale citrus, low hazy, small white. Nose is dull lemon, chalky, paper,… Paper, doughy, quite bland, lemon flat,… Doughy chalky, not very chalky, not too impressive as an IPA, bland, chalk & paper, less even so if you consider that they aimed for haze.

Tap. Very hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is fresh tropical fruits, a bit grainy, yeast. Taste is grassy, fresh yeast, a bit tropical fruits, thin biscuity malt body. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fun, but a bit too watery.

F: medium, off-white, average retention. C: gold to amber, hazy. A: orange, tangerine, mango, pineapple, bit biscuits, caramel. T: malty backbone, mellow tropical fruits, bit orange, bit biscuits, light body, medium carbonation, not bad but not my combo England yeast and American hops yet enjoyed, easy drinkable, 33cl can from the brewery.
