В целом нормальный стаут, приятный запах ириски, шоколад. На вкус тоже ириска карамельная, шоколада меньше, но есть приторность.

Keg at The Colmore, Birmingham. My first beer from Renfrewshire. £5 for a half of a 6% beer seemed steep but luckily it was worth it! Pours black with tanned top. Big decadent salted caramel aroma. Taste has a delicious salted caramel, chocolate, biscuit, lactose, mild roast, light brown sugar. Rich and luscious but there is a nice bittersweet balance and not too thick in mouthfeel. Quality ingredients used here in the brew. Excellent.

Dark chocolate and toffee. Palate - medium bodied with a chewy texture. The finish is a combination of sweet and roasty. Overall - very nice.

Black beer, thick off white head. Light malty, salted caramel smell. Flavour has a big hit if salted caramel, lactose, toasty malt, brown sugar, just a hint of chocolate maybe. Rich, smooth, sweet, tasty. Very nice.
