Bottle at home ... copper ... big fairly solid white foam head ... spicy hop nose ... big grapefruit and light spicy hop ... little bitter and little drying... quite crisp and all round better than expected.

Cask @ The Warf/Aalborg (named Hooker six nation 2008 – in accordance with my reliable source, this should be the same beer). Hazy, dark golden body with a small off-white head. Refreshing, fruity aroma of peaches and yeast. Flavor is sweet malt, bitter, citrus fruity and some caramel. Medium body and light hoppy finish.

Dark amber with large off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with notes of malt and caramel. Flavor goes same way and ends sweet.

50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a dense slight off-white head. Citrus fruity hops aroma. Flavour is medium sweet and with a nice citrus fruity hops flavour. Light malt base with an underlying note of caramel. Goes into a nice mild bitterness and ends quite dry. Quite refreshing.

Bottle. Berry/peach malt and green grass aroma. Orange amber color with a small head. Sweet berry/peach malt flavor with a moderate hops finish. Well balanced.

Combination of a cask and a bottled review. A red-amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel, as well as some fruits and berries. The flavor is sweet maty with notes of caramel (stronger on cask than bottle), combined with citrusy hoppy notes and notes of bisquits, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Bottled I’d give it 6 in flavor and 13 overall.

Copper colour with a lasting and pillow-y head. Light hoppy aroma, some apricot and tangerine. Dry and fruity flavour. Really pleasant drink.

Bottle. Pours a hazy copper color with a small off-white head. Sweet malty hoppy citrus aroma with some caramel hints. Sweet malty hoppy flavor with hints of citrus and caramel. Long bitter finish.
