Keg at MSBH. It pours clear rich deep golden with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is freshly baked white bread, cereal, grain, nutty, hay, light spice, rich tea biscuit and cracker. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, some minerality, nutty, cereal, airy malts, biscuit, rich tea biscuit, oatcakes, dry grass and lightly spicy with a dry finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Interesting and quaffable. Stands out from the lager crowd.
