Keg at Craftsman Company. It pours ever so slightly hazy golden - yellow with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, bready malt, sappy, green, dank, ripe stone fruits, persimmon, peach, apricot, summer berry, citrus zing and physalis. The taste is initially soft and doughy, bready malt, sappy, pine, dank, lovely depth of fruit, apricot, peach, physalis, touch of tangy berry, slightly floral, summer meadow and hay with a dryish finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Nice depth of hop flavour. Lovely.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light malt, crystal malt, red fruit. Taste is more of the same. Dry bitter finish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden amber with a very thin head. Nose - caramel, apple, orange peel and brown bread. Taste - stewed apple, brown bread and actually a bit cakey. Palate - light to medium bodied, rich and chewy middle and finish. Overall - quite like this, going into Bitter style a wee bit for me, and that's not a bad thing. Good malt profile.
