Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Cork & Cask. Pours faintly hazed yellow with a super billowy, frothy, pure white head. Lightly sweet with big dry funk character, lemon peel, mellow bitter grass, old hay bales, cellar, nips of cat pee, salt. Light bodied with really lively carbonation. Lightly drying finish, more hearty funk, brett, citrus peel. Very good stuff overall.

375ml bottle online from Cork & Cask, Edinburgh. Pours unclear dark yellow with a huge foamy head. Every Epochal beer takes an age to pour! Huge brett funk, medicinal florals, tangy, woody, bitter lemon, gooseberry. Nice bash of NS dry hop on a super dry finish. Medium body with foamy carbonation.
