Bottle courtesy of Nick (the brewer), consumed at home Sunday 29th November 2020 listening to Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs - Viscerals and cooking Pre-Cooked Stewed Chicken from the Curry Guy book for future curries. Pours clear gold with a white head, looks great. There is a bitterness throughout, a little grassy, there is a dry finish, however a light phenolic, herbal edge noted.
