The taste is crisp, firmly dry, tart, more sour than expected, kick of acidity, fizzy sour candy, tangfastics, raspberry, bramble, tayberry, blueberry, lactic, natural yoghurt, fruit smoothie, vinous, granny smith apple and bircher museli with a drying, puckering finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Bright and zingy. Hides abv well. Noice.

Can thanks to Iain. Appearance - orange to red with a pinkish white head. Nose - raspberry and blackberry. Funky edge. Taste - tart raspberry and blackberry. Blackberry dominated. Palate - light bodied with a persistent dry and funky finish. Overall - very nice.
