Can from Fountainhall Wines, Aberdeen. It pours cloudy reddish - purple with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, juicy, tangy, vinous, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, tayberry, fruit smoothie, touch of natural yoghurt and jam. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, tart, more sour than expected, kick of acidity, fizzy sour candy, tangfastics, raspberry, bramble, tayberry, blueberry, lactic, natural yoghurt, fruit smoothie, vinous, granny smith apple and bircher museli with a drying, puckering finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Bright and zingy. Hides abv well. Noice.
