DØE. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and tart apples. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. 180517

Draught @ [ DØE - Ølfestival København 2017 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Hornbeer Sour Apple ].Unclear matt medium yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, tart, sour, wood, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, vinegar, tart, wood, apple. Draught at KØ17. Mild sour aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. Sour flavour. Citric and funky in the not so good way. I do not get any apple flavour.

DØE. Hazy brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit, sour, apples and a little vinegar. Flavour is malt, apples, fruit, little sour, little vinegar, medium sweet and a little dry.

From tap. Pours cloudy to hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight citric. Mellow fruity. Citric finish.
