Bursting with Yuzu, a Japanese fruit that brings a uniquely delicious citrus flavour unlike anything else, this is a smooth and full-bodied hazy pale ale. Sabro and Talus hops add to the fantastically fresh yuzu with their own flavours of coconut and sweet tangerines for an almost cocktail-like experience.

Co-fermented with our unique blend of non-traditional yeast to bring out trapped flavours and aromas from the hops and fruit.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours a rather handsome pineapple gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is green, weedy, dank, herbal, tropical fruit punch, pineapple, creamy coconut, Pina colada, yellow peach, mango and tangfastics. The taste is crispy, dry, tart almost, puckering, fizzy sherbet, lemon, yuzu, touch green, weedy, dank, tangfastics, candied peel, pineapple, Pina colada, juicy, fresh, zingy and zesty with a fizzy sherbet finale. Medium body and moderate, fluffy cremola foam carbonation. Super bright and juicy. Fun stuff.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy pale yellow with a big fluffy slightly off-white head. Nose - big lemon note with a bit of tropical lurking so assuming that's mainly down to the Yuzu. Taste - orange zest, going into pineapple and them a grapefruit and lemon close out. Palate - light bodied, zesty finish which has fairly balanced bitterness. Decent taper. Overall - enjoyable.
