11/3/2023. Can shared at our hotel in Rugby. Bought direct from the Brewery. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, malty, herbal, yeasty, slight hints of orange and banana. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, quite fizzy. Simple wit.

330ml can delivered from the brewery and drunk at home. Light yellow, a little bit hazy with some with head. Aroma is a bit muted: I'm getting plenty of sweet spice and doughtbread though. Taste is sweet with lashings of coiander, with some lemon peel coming in on the finish along with some hop bitterness. A witbier by numbers? Maybe a little but they carry this one off very well.
